ENERGY & CLIMATE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Prepare project design document (PDD) and/or monitoring report in accordance with international regulations and standards;
Prepare technical due diligence for potential carbon projects;
Prepare application materials for the letter of approval issued by NDRC;
Support the validation and/or verification conducted by designed operational entity (DOE) accredited by UNFCCC;
Discuss the technical issues with DOE and close all Correction Action Request (CARs), Further Action Request (FARs) and Clarifications (CLs) presented in the report prepared by DOE.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering or BS Degree in Environmental Science or BS Degree in Energy;Master or PhD Degree a plus.
Good English skills in writing and reading.
Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and P3.
