Your contributions will be evaluated when you acquire the necessary skills and ready to move on to the next role. The pace of progress is determined by your ability to lead clients to solutions, help your colleagues succeed, and develop and share knowledge.

Analyst >> Associate >> Consultant >> Manager >> Principal >> Partner

 


Analyst usually holds the Bachelor's or Master's degree. Our Graduate Recuiretment Scheme provides the training program and opportunity to develop extensive climate change expertise and solid business consulting experience. Analyst's responsibilities include:

  • collecting data and analysing for key assignments
  • contributing to team recommendations and to solve problems for clients
  • developing consulting and functional or industry skills

 

 


Starting point for each associate entering Greenfield varies, but typically from Greenfield analyst with 1-2 years experience, or from other firms having 3 years working experience. Associates also need formal training to build capabilities at Greenfield. Associates are responsible for

  • designing methodology and models
  • demonstrating complex analysis
  • performing rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • drafting design documents and/or reports
  • writing presentations
  • participating in mentoring and training

 

 


When associates are ready for the next level of responsibility, they become consultant. Our consultants are business developer, issue owner, client team manager, and relationship builder. They are responsible for

  • providing structure to develop and analysis
  • maintaining day-to-day client communications
  • assisting in writing and delivery of presentations
  • writing or reviewing design documents and/or reports
  • coaching Analysts to ensure high-quality team output
  • playing a key role in recruiting, mentoring and training

 

 


Managers are professionals with several years of working experience, and begin to split their time among multiple tasks and/or projects. Managers continue to build real expertise in functional or industry areas in order to create new thinking and develop new problem-solving approaches. Their responsibilities include:

  • maitaining oversight of project development
  • refining output and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • identifying potential new projects
  • developing areas of advanced expertise and new content
  • playing a key roll in recruiting mentoring and training
 


Managers who are elected principals have demonstrated their superior ability to deliver significant impact of our clients. They possess distinctive knowledge and can use it to serve high-performing industry leaders. They live our values and ensure our firm continuously fulfills its mission statement. Typically, successful managers who join Greenfield early in their career can expect election to principal within five to seven years. People with substantial prior professional experience may be elected much sooner. Their responsibilities are:

  • taking the lead in project staffing
  • planning and conducting the overall project work
  • coaching team members
  • delivering project presentations
  • maintaining client satisfaction with follow-on discussions that define a clear path for implementation

 

 


Partners are most senior level at Greenfield. They have a proven ability to consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients and our staffs. They are leading business development and building intellectual capital, while defining the firm's strategic direction. They work closely with all levels of our professionals and perform client relationship management and project supervision. They are also the driver of new business.
